The 'Foundation Of Yoga' is a theory course designed to share the various aspects, ultimately achieving the goal of yoga, which is the "union of body, mind, and breath." You will also have access to specifically designed templates by Ishwarakala to support your yoga journey with us. Our program welcomes students of all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yoga practitioner, we are confident that our classes will provide valuable insights for your personal development. Introduction of Yoga (daily tracker, asana photo journal, mood tracker) 2. Philosophy of Yoga (yoga sutra) 3. Energy Channel of the Human Body (Nadi & Chakras) 4. Benefits of Ayurveda 5. Pre-recorded videos of 3 Pranayama (Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Brahmari) You will have access to the course for 4 months from the start date of your purchase. Participants of the live yoga class program by Ishwarakala (beginner, intermediate and advanced-level) will have access to it for 4 months from the start date of live yoga sessions.
